Biography
A career built on kiln performance
Mr. Fan Shengliang is the founder of Zhejiang Shengao Refractory Co., Ltd. and a respected expert in the refractory materials industry. With decades of experience in refractory technology development and industrial applications, he has dedicated his career to advancing high-performance refractory solutions and promoting technological innovation in the industry.
From 1995 to 1998, Mr. Fan participated in research projects conducted by an expert team from the Beijing Academy of Building Research, focusing on the application and performance improvement of refractory materials in leading cement enterprises across China.
Since 1999, he has published more than 20 academic papers, obtained more than 15 technical achievements, and developed multiple innovative refractory technologies. His research project on energy-saving and heat-resistant technologies for cement kilns was recognized as one of China's notable energy-saving technologies, contributing to improved kiln efficiency and reduced energy consumption.
In 2000, Mr. Fan led the restructuring and establishment of Zhejiang Shengao Refractory Co., Ltd., serving as Chairman and General Manager. In 2010, he further expanded the company's technological capabilities by establishing Zhejiang Ruitai Shengao Refractory Materials Co., Ltd., strengthening the company's research, development, and manufacturing capabilities.
Under his leadership, Shengao Refractory has established long-term cooperation with universities, research institutions, and leading industrial enterprises. The company has continuously introduced advanced manufacturing technologies and developed high-performance refractory products with strong technical advantages.
Today, Shengao's products are widely used by thousands of industrial customers and have been exported to markets including India, Argentina, Brazil, Cuba, Singapore, Colombia and Vietnam, receiving strong recognition for quality and reliability.
