- 1971
Refractory Raw Materials Processing Plant was established — the predecessor of Shengao.
- 1985
Hongqiao Industrial Ceramics Factory was established — the second predecessor of Shengao.
- 1990
Expansion of Changxing Hongwu Refractory Equipment Factory.
- 1999
Changxing Shengao Refractory Co., Ltd. was established to produce refractory materials for the building materials and metallurgical industries.
- 2000
Zhejiang Shengao Refractory Co., Ltd. was established to produce a series of magnesia refractory materials.
- 2002
Obtained self-operated import and export rights.
- 2004
Established the Changxing Refractory Materials Sub-Center of the National Building Materials Industry Productivity Promotion Center.
- 2004
Hangzhou Boao Kiln Energy Saving Technology Research Institute was established.
- 2005
Introduced a complete castable production line.
- 2006
Started production of tundish series refractory materials.
- 2010
Shengao and Ruitai Technology jointly established Zhejiang Ruitai Shengao Refractory Materials Co., Ltd.
- 2012
Leveraging its own technological advantages, Zhejiang Shengao and its branch Ruitai provided general contracting services for 50 new dry-process cement production lines across China.
- 2014
Zhejiang Shengao obtained ten invention patents for innovative products in metallurgy, building materials, electric power and other industries.
- 2014
Won the titles of "Transformation Demonstration Enterprise" and "Top 50 Enterprises" in Huzhou City for the transformation and upgrading of Zhejiang Province's building materials industry.
- 2018
Zhejiang Shengao Industrial Innovation won Huzhou's "Gazelle Enterprise", "Cultural Workshop" and "Green Factory" awards.
